Third-Party Changes: We are not responsible for any technical failures, "broken" layouts, or "poor UX" resulting from modifications made by the client or third-party "webmasters" after the official handover.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase the original version of the work delivered in our portfolio as a record of our professional standards, regardless of the current state of the live site.
Brand Separation: The views, health claims, or opinions expressed on client websites (such as holistic or medical views) are those of the client alone.
No Endorsement: LiveFuse provides the technical engine; we do not necessarily endorse the content or specific viewpoints hosted on the systems we build.
Our Maintain pillar covers scheduled updates and technical health for active subscribers.
Clients who opt-out of our maintenance packages are responsible for their own security updates and site performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, LiveFuse Creative shall not be liable for any loss of livelihood or business resulting from site downtime or client-led technical errors.
